plays and shopping sprees concerts and swims and loads and loads of fun
whoo! i'm loving this christmas cus i love it so much! haha, right, well most christmases were kinda dull and we all think it's just contentment but, no, it just doesn't feel like it. but now, i'm doing tons of fun stuff.
k, so on friday, i went to this christmas play at OLPS with audrey and clarissa. we were meeting at tam mall and i was early, believe it or not. no, you better believe it. then our dear audrey didn't even know where was pastamania and long john silvers in TM. gee, and i thought she was street smart. haha, well she still is, just not in a TM kinda way. haha.
ok, i have a conclusion, taxi drivers are all asses. long story, go read
audrey's blog. k, so we got to OLPS 15 minutes late. so much for being early at TM. met valerie there and it was kinda embarassing going in late, people staring at you and all. it lasted an hour, i kinda expected it to be that long but the guys were like, so short. ok, i've never been to a christmas play before, so what. yar, and the cast were all supposed to be snobs showing the 7 deadliest sins n all. n so, they had AWFUL accents, obviously fake. so we were laughing at them going "-insert name here- DEAR(real spitefully)"
then we wanted to go for supper at siglap center, but it was closed, n guess what, it was past 9. hint hint. CAFE CARTEL - HALF PRICE OFF CAKES!!! WHOO! each of us got a slice and rotated them round, yum-may. went home after that. yay.
then on sunday, left early to go for mass then shopping for presents with theresse. hey debbie, hope u like your kapo monkey! hee, n i got myself a Wh skirt from theresse, and i got her an adidas shorts. i love shooping. then met up with clarissa and audrey at city hall at 6. haha, man i felt stupid, before meeting up with them, theresse and i were supposed to stop at city hall to go to citilink. then on the MRT, theresse was getting off, n i was like, oh, it's cityhall already?? then we went out, tapped out ezlink card, almost went up the escalator, then i was like, oh yar! we're supposed to meet clarissa at the control station. couldn't see her at all, so i called her, she was like, where are u guys? m at the OUB thingy there, near the place where u top up your cards n all. n i was turning round then suddenly, shit. we're at the wrong station. we were at dhoby gaut! and aha! it wasn't my fault, i even asked "we're at cityhall already?" theresse, if you're reading this, i don't believe you're 25% blonde ONLY. well, unless you tell me the other 75% is platinum blond then SUREEE.
audrey DEAR came late, munched at Thai Express, their beef noodles didn't taste as good as before. theresse left and the rest of us then went to the esplanade for the Chopard's Christmas with the SSO, took out our tix to see with hall it's in, then another SHIT. we're at the wrong place. WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE AT VCH!!! and we had 5 minutes to spare. we ran out to the junction to get a taxi even though we could've walked but we thought it was faster taxi-ing. but WRONG! we couldn't find a taxi! so we ran some more and we finally we found one. but the stupid ah pek taxi driver thought he could ask us where we were going with the window closed. asshole. got there a second too late, and when i say second, i really mean second. when we got there, the lady JUST closed the door. damn! we had to wait till the first song finished, woah, heartbreak man. but it was wonderful, i really wished i heard the first song, but we got to sing along to a few other songs, and it was so cool. it's starting to feel like christmas, haha. and at the end, there was this thing where if u had a star on your programme booklet, you get a gift bag thingy. then i wasn't really paying attention when they announced it. so audrey n clarissa were all, aww, no star. then after a while, while i was staring into space, clarissa looked at my booklet n went, EY! YOU HAVE A STAR! n i was like, HAH?!? oh man, haha, in the end, i got a tee and a cd, whee.
came home at 12 and experienced a car crash at the junction outside my house involving a drunk guy and a non drunk but vulgar guy who sounded like he wanted to cry as he said "WHAT THE F***ING HELL MAN!!" after getting out of his car. and debbie saved my life by sending me a msg just when the green man was coming out and the drunk guy sped through the red light and hit the non drunk guy who was making a green right turn and BOOM! freakayy. ok, i know it's totally vague so i'll explain it when you're online or i've got a drawing board with me. i made a drawing thingy on paint, it's cute. but i can't load it up, i don't know why.
k, so that was sunday, then monday, i went swimming with hc, audrey, theresse and mavis at the laguna, we were meeting at 11.30 n audrey DEAR woke up at 11. i swam. a lot. gosh, i didn't even need to swim so much for my bronze or silver. and the pool was HUGE. i was kinda freaked out. oh, let me 'boast' about how long i slept last night. at 7, i came home, ran past my mum who snapped my bra strap so hard that it hurt, all that went through my mind was, get to bed, get to bed. haha, plomped on the bed and woke up at 2 the next day. whoa. i've never slept that long in 847643265329874 years!!
k, then went to Margaritas for dinner today with the family, a nice homely restaurant which serves great food. i didn't really like what i had though, but the tortillas were good. my sister had a tiramisu for dessert and my brother tried some and kept asking for more. i swear he was drunk or sth, hahaha.
ok, i've got that stupid 5 weird things about me thing to do. remind me some other time when i feel like it.
i did a few quizes too, they were really cute.
